1. Who we are
BodyClarityMD is the public brand of BodyClarityMD LLC. This draft covers this website and the private business email assistant registered with Google as “Body Clarity MD Mail,” referred to here as Clarity Mail. Privacy questions can be sent to info@bodyclaritymd.net.
2. Visiting this website
The website provides lifestyle articles, brand information, product discovery, and an optional mailing list. Shopping links lead to the relevant retailer; this website has no checkout. Its contact composer prepares a message in your own email application; the website does not submit or store that message.
No advertising pixels or analytics tools have been added to the site. The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare services for hosting and mailing-list storage. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to deliver and protect the service. Subscribers do not need an account. The owner’s mailing-list management area uses Sign in with ChatGPT and is restricted to the verified owner.
Mailing-list signup and your choices
If you choose to join, we store your email address, signup and consent date, the version of the consent wording, the website signup source, subscription status, and an individual unsubscribe token in the website’s hosted database. We use this shared mailing list for updates about Transylvanian Grey, endorsed products, new collection launches, and BodyClarityMD. Signing up is optional and is not required to browse or shop.
The list is available only through an owner-restricted management area and export. There is no automatic welcome email or campaign-sending service connected to this signup. Before using an external mailing provider, we will update this notice to describe that processing. We do not sell the mailing list.
You can stop updates through the unsubscribe link supplied with a mailing, or contact info@bodyclaritymd.net. Unsubscribing records an opt-out date and retains a minimal suppression record so a repeated signup cannot silently add you back. To rejoin after opting out, or to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact that address. Active signup records are retained while you remain subscribed or until you request removal.
To limit automated submissions, the site temporarily stores a changing hash derived from the request IP address and hour, an attempt count, and an expiry time. The signup database does not store the raw IP address. These rate-limit entries expire at the end of the hour and are removed during later signup activity. Hosting providers may separately keep technical logs.
3. When you contact us
If you send an email, your address, name, message, and any attachments are received through Gmail. They may be used to respond to you, discuss a collaboration, and keep a record of business correspondence. Please do not send patient records or sensitive medical information to this brand inbox.
4. Google account access
Clarity Mail is intended for the owner’s authorized business Gmail account. With consent, it can read email content, sender and recipient details, message metadata, labels, and attachments available through Gmail read access. It can also send messages when the owner explicitly approves them. Basic email and identity information identifies the connected account.
The configured Google permissions are Gmail read-only, Gmail send, and basic email and OpenID identity. They do not include Gmail modification or settings access. No Google access is requested from website visitors, and visiting this site does not connect an inbox.
5. AI processing and records
The intended assistant workflow is to help review correspondence, summarize messages, and prepare responses for the owner. Email text supplied to the assistant may be sent to its configured AI provider for that task and may be included in conversation records or working notes.
Before public release: confirm the provider, the data sent to it, its training and human-review settings, what the assistant stores, and the retention and deletion controls. This draft does not represent those unverified settings as established safeguards.
6. Intended limits on Google data use
The proposed policy is to use Google data only for the authorized email-assistance features and necessary security or legal purposes. Google data must not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Any necessary service-provider processing must support the disclosed email workflow.
BodyClarityMD’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The actual assistant and provider configuration must be checked against this commitment before adoption.
7. Storage, retention, and deletion
Gmail retains the original mailbox content under the account owner’s settings. The reported local setup stores OAuth credentials and tokens in the operating system’s credential store. This website does not receive those credentials.
The lifetime of assistant conversations, notes, provider records, and backups has not yet been confirmed. Those details and the deletion procedure must be documented before this policy is finalized. You can contact the privacy email above to request access to, correction of, or deletion of correspondence held by BodyClarityMD, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
8. Disconnecting Clarity Mail
The account owner can revoke the app’s access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized API access; it does not itself remove previously stored email, notes, or provider records. Local tokens and retained copies must also be handled through the relevant systems.
9. Updates and contact
This draft will be revised before launch to reflect verified practices. Later material changes should be described on this page, and new Google data uses require appropriate notice and consent. Contact info@bodyclaritymd.net with privacy questions.
