Clarity Mail

What the app does

Clarity Mail helps the owner review business email, summarize correspondence, and prepare replies. It connects only to an authorized business Gmail account. Sending a message requires the owner’s explicit approval.

The access it uses

The configured access does not include Gmail modification, settings, Google Drive, or Calendar permissions. This website does not connect to Gmail or request visitor access.

Privacy and control

Email supplied to the assistant may be processed by its configured AI provider. Provider, retention, and deletion details are still being confirmed in the private-preview privacy policy draft.

The intended Google data-use policy follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. The app is not represented as verified or endorsed by Google.

The account owner can remove access from Google Account connections. This stops future access but does not automatically delete previously retained records.
